ICLAB can provide a wide range of services you may need:
Furniture and layout: this space is a container that changes and is renewed for each event, customizable in every detail, offering the possibility to choose, on request, the type of furniture, in terms of quantity, colours and style.
Catering: we have recourse to industry experts to provide a refined culinary experience. From coffee breaks, to party snacks, aperitifs and buffets, up to gala dinners. The menus are highly variable, ranging from ethnic to vegetarian and vegan food to the dishes of the Tuscany tradition.
Tecnology: according to the requests for a specific event, the space is fitted with technological equipment of various kinds so as to provide maximum technological comfort.
Simultaneous translation: it is possible to provide a simultaneous translation service to facilitate international and intercultural meetings.
Entertainment: it is possible to offer a wide range of intercultural entertainments. The space lends itself very well to amplified musical performances, dances and traditional performances.
Hostesses: it is possible to request the most appropriate hostess service for each event.
Amusing activities: for the little ones, this is certainly a fun and stimulating place. On request, we can provide a service of amusing activities.

- • The overlying hotel B&B Hotel Novoli***(access from Viale Guidoni 101) which offers of 88 rooms and the B&B Nuovo Palazzo di Giustizia*** located in Viale Guidoni 87, which offers 118 rooms (single, double, twin and triple) equipped with free Wi-Fi connection, flat-screen TV, free Sky, direct-dial phone, self-adjustable air conditioning, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, parking.
- the Ristorante Alla Torre De’ Rossi di Borgo San Jacopo (5 m from Ponte Vecchio) with panoramic terrace for dinners and evening parties (for groups of up to 40 people).
- • For meetings and events of different sizes and types we can offer in the very heart of the city centre some additional prestigious facilities, such as the historic Palazzo Coppini (Via del Giglio 10) – whose rooms vary in size and for possible layouts, offering a total capacity to accommodate up to 150 people – and the Auditorium al Duomo (Via de’ Cerretani 54r), a public show venue with modular and multi-purpose spaces with capacity to accommodate up to 500 people.
